- Our management company is Premier Communities. Premier handles financial only management of our HOA. They are located at 3102 Oak Lawn Ave, Suite 202, Dallas, TX 75219. The phone # 214.389.1377 and fax # is 214.889.9980.
- SOLICITATION: If you have a No Solicitation sticker or sign on your property and you receive solicitation on your door, you can download the City of Plano violation form at http://pdf.plano.gov/pcn/publications/solicitation.pdf. In addition, if you have persons ringing your doorbell to solicit and you have a posted sticker, please call 911. Contact a board member if you do not have a sticker.
- UPDATES TO YOUR HOME: If you are planning on making a change to the exterior of your home (new addition, fence, paint, landscape, trees, etc.), the bylaws require you to submit a ACC Change Request in order to obtain approval PRIOR to the changes. You may now enter your change request ONLINE and it will automatically be sent to all of the ACC members for review and approval. Access this new form under the ACC section of this website. Note that if you are painting or staining the EXACT same color, you do NOT need to submit a change request. For questions, email ACC@foxwoodglen.com.
- SPRINKLERS: Please contact Michelle Janecek (email President@FoxwoodGlen.com) if you notice any broken sprinkler heads in the common areas.
