Area Crime Alert Coordinator

 

  Duties / Responsibilities: 

1. Serve as the main contact between the Police Department and Neighborhood Watch by receiving information from the Police Departmenet and passing it on to neighborhood and Block Captains.
2. Organize Block Captains to best cover the neighborhood and recruit replacements when Block Captian positions become open.
3. Provide Crime Alert Notifications to webmaster for website update.
4. Submit new Block Captains to the City of Plano
5. Submit crime watch sign requests and funds
6. Encourage Block Captains to have bi-annual meetings (presentations , block parties, etc.) with their crime watch residents
7. Attend bi-annual Crime Watch Meetings
8. Contact HOA Board of Directors if you are unable to fulfill your duties.
